In these challenging times of isolation and lockdown in 2020, I've been dreaming about the places I've been and want to be. These adventures, places and dreams become the catalyst to the paintings I am currently making in my "Time To Dream" series. I painted this scene from a hike I did off the Sonoma Coast when the whimsical wildflowers were blanketing the landscape. As I walked the trail out to the Pacific Ocean I thought, "This is where I want to be."
