It was my birthday weekend and I had just finished this painting. I asked my followers on Instagram, to help me name the painting and I would follow up with doing a birthday print giveaway for the winning name. People sent in amazing, creative names. But, then I started to want to change the painting here and there, after already posting it. I decided to follow my intuition and change the painting with wild abandon. I am so happy that the name "Wild Abandonment" was the winning name of this painting, because I had the courage to abandon the old painting and follow my heart. I love the new version and was so happy to give away a beautiful print to the lucky winner!
